**FIRST-ROUND PLAYOFF GAMES MUST BE COMPLETED BY THURSDAY, MARCH 18, 2021.

***SECOND-ROUND PLAYOFF GAMES MUST BE COMPLETED BY WEDNESDAY, MARCH 24, 2021.

THE HIGHER SEED IS ALWAYS THE HOME TEAM (FOR EXAMPLE: ONE SEED IS HOME TEAM IN A GAME VERSUS FOUR SEED). EACH TEAM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT FOR ONE OFFICIAL @ PLAYOFF AND CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES. COST IS $50 PER OFFICIAL, PAID TO THE OFFICIALS PRIOR TO THE GAME BY THE HEAD COACH OF EACH TEAM.

EACH ORGANIZATION WHO HAS A HOME GAME FOR THE PLAYOFFS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CALLING THEIR REFEREE ASSIGNOR USED DURING THE SEASON TO ENSURE THERE WILL BE TWO PIAA OFFICIALS PRESENT FOR THE PLAYOFF OR CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.

HOME TEAM SHOULD TRY AND PROVIDE AT LEAST TWO DATES (NOT ONE DATE WITH TWO TIMES) FOR THE VISITING TEAM TO WORK WITH. FOR PLAY-IN GAMES ONE DATE IS REQUIRED AND THAT IS WHEN THE GAME MUST BE PLAYED. COACH FOR HOME TEAM MUST REPORT GAME TIME AND LOCATION TO LEAGUE, AND THEN CALL THEIR REFEREE ASSIGNOR ONCE A GAME TIME HAS BEEN AGREED TO. THERE MUST BE AT LEAST A 36-HOUR WINDOW BETWEEN PLAYOFF GAMES. FOR EXAMPLE: IF A TEAM WINS THEIR FIRST-ROUND OR PLAY-IN PLAYOFF GAME ON MARCH 1, THEY CAN BUT DO NOT HAVE TO PLAY THEIR SECOND ROUND PLAYOFF GAME UNTIL MARCH 3 AT THE EARLIEST.

THE LEAGUE WILL NOT STEP IN IF A GAME TIME CANNOT BE AGREED UPON. THE VISITING TEAM OR LOWER SEED MUST ACCEPT WHAT IS OFFERED BY THE HOME TEAM OR HIGHER SEED.  PLEASE PREPARE YOUR TEAMS TO BE READY TO PLAY DURING THE PLAYOFFS. NOTE: DURING THESE UNPRECEDENTED AND DIFFICULT TIMES, TEAMS MUST WORK TOGETHER TO GET A PLAYOFF GAME PLAYED IN THE TIME FRAME GIVEN FOR EACH PLAYOFF ROUND.  IF ONLY ONE DATE IS AVAILABLE FROM THE HOME TEAM, THERE MUST BE AT LEAST A 48-HOUR WINDOW FOR THE VISITING TEAM TO PLAY. FOR EXAMPLE: IF A HOME TEAM ONLY HAS  MARCH 6 @ 7 PM AVAILABLE, THEY MUST NOTIFY THE VISITING OR LOWER SEED TEAM OF THE GAME DATE AND TIME BY 7 PM ON MARCH 4.

THE TEAM THAT IS SCHEDULED TO BE THE VISITOR IS NOT TO OFFER A TIME ON THEIR HOME GYM AS AN OPTION FOR A GAME TIME. THE HIGHER SEED IS THE HOME TEAM AND WILL PROVIDE TWO DATES WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THE GAME IS TO BE PLAYED. THE VISITING TEAM MUST SELECT ONE OF THOSE DATES.
